Chris Schaefer Named Corporate Director of Restaurants for Noble House Hotels & Resorts

December 3, 2015 - Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. announced the promotion of Chris Schaefer to corporate director of restaurants, responsible for oversight of all food and beverage operations within Noble House's 18-hotel portfolio. With nearly two decades of experience in the food & beverage industry, Chris has a proven track record of providing valuable insight and passion for operating restaurants and developing creative solutions for daily operational issues.

Prior to his promotion, Chris served as Food & Beverage Director at Riviera Palm Springs, a former Noble House property. Before joining the Noble House team, Chris acted as the Director of Operations for both Earl Enterprises, Inc. and SAIA Restaurant Group, LLC.

Throughout his career, Chris has launched six restaurants from inception through grand opening, dramatically increased revenues of existing restaurants both as a consultant and as a manager and created customizable tracking systems specific to businesses' needs. A highly lauded restaurateur, Chris has been reviewed in over 20 publications including Los Angeles Times, Wine Spectator, LA Weekly, and listed in the "Top Ten Best New Restaurants" list in Los Angeles Magazine.

Chris received a degree of the highest honors at the California School of Culinary Arts in the Le Cordon Bleu Program, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California at Los Angeles.
