Paramount Lodging Advisors Assists In Seventh Successful Indiana Transaction In Five Months
CHICAGO, IL. March 1, 2016 - Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn Express Merrillville. PLA represented the seller, RLJ Lodging Trust, with Senior Managing Director Scott Griemsmann, and Managing Directors Bennett Webster and Brent Clemens leading the efforts on the transaction of the 62-room, limited service hotel.
Clemens noted, “This deal marks PLA's seventh successful transaction in Indiana in the preceding five months, and maintains our team's continued success in the I-65 corridor from Chicago to Indianapolis.”
