Carlson Adds Six Properties to Portfolio

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, April 19, 2007. Carlson Hotels Worldwide today announced the addition of six new locations to its global portfolio of brands. The new hotels include one Radisson SAS property in France; one Radisson Hotels & Resorts(R) property in Arizona; three Country Inn & Suites By Carlsonsm hotels in the United States; and one new Park Inn(R) hotel in Belgium. Carlson's worldwide count now totals 948 hotels with 146,448 rooms in 71 countries. Carlson hotel brands also include Regent Hotels & Resorts and Park Plaza(R) Hotels & Resorts.

"The hotels will also gain access to key business building tools and strategies including customer relationship management (CRM); Curtis-C, the company's award-winning global reservation system; membership in the patented Look To Book program, the industry's most recognized travel agent reward program in its 15th year of operation; and participation in the goldpoints plussmguest loyalty program."

Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts

Radisson SAS welcomed one new hotel in March; located in France the 189- room Radisson SAS Hotel, Marseille.

The newly constructed Radisson SAS Marseille Hotel is located in the city center between the Fort Saint-Nicolas and the Th'e^atre de la Cri'ee. The hotel is divided into two buildings: one facing the Vieux Port containing the lobby, two restaurants, meetings facilities and guestrooms; and the other overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with additional guestrooms, a heated outdoor swimming pool, solarium and the fitness center.

Radisson Hotels & Resorts

The Radisson Hotel Phoenix City Center in Arizona is located within minutes of downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and provides easy access to all major interstate highways. The property features beautifully landscaped gardens with cascading rock waterfalls, two ground-level swimming pools, a rooftop pool, an on-site restaurant and meeting rooms accommodating up to 250 people. It is owned by Sunshine Midtown, LLC. To date, Radisson's global portfolio includes 400 hotels with 89,568 guestrooms.

Country Inns & Suites By Carlson

The three new properties are located in the U.S., and include the 95-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Camp Springs, Md., owned by Rakrisna, LLC; the 82-room Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Meridian, Ind., which is owned by Boise Hotel Enterprises, LLC; and the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Tinley Park, Ill., with 99 guestrooms and is owned by I-80 & Route 45 Hotel, LLC. The three new hotels all feature traditional brand design elements, including hard wood floors and fire place in the grand lobby. With the addition of three new Country Inns & Suites By Carlson hotels in March, the brand currently consists of 411 hotels and 32,784 guestrooms.

Park Inn

In March, the Rezidor Hotel Group opened a new Park Inn location in Belgium - the Park Inn, Li`ege Airport. It is the only hotel located in the newly constructed passenger terminal of the airport, and is close to several key business centers, including Li`ege Logistics, Gr^ace-Hollogne, Les Hauts Sarts and Li`ege Science Park. All guest rooms are designed in the brand's vibrant, signature color palette of red, gold, green and blue. With this new hotel, the Park Inn global portfolio now totals 85 properties with 13,679 guestrooms.
