LONDON, EN. March 7, 2016 - UltraVilla, which brings together the very best experts in global luxury villa rentals, shares the hottest properties new to the market for 2016.

COSTA RICA: Costa Rica is a trending destination for 2016 according to several list and travel experts. Now, visitors will have three more accommodation choices as UltraVilla offers three brand-new rental properties.

•In 2016, UltraVilla member Papagayo Luxury will introduce the stunning new five-suite Villa Magayon, built and completed this year, just 35 minutes from Liberia. Direct ocean access and kayaks allow guests to explore virgin islands whilst complete privacy is guaranteed in the luxury confines of the Peninsula Papagayo resort. For smaller groups, a new OTT luxury holiday home hits the market from this month: Vista de Oro. The owner has completely gutted and refurbished with exquisite detailing from the stonework on the interior walls to the custom tilework.

•New from Mead Brown, Golden Bull Estate sits atop a mountain, commanding panoramic views of the Pacific. This expansive finca covers 2,225 acres, with a six bedroom mansion and three guest bungalows. Amenities include a large, free-form infinity pool with a bar and an enormous, private, professional gymnasium. The team can arrange virtually anything, from domestic staff to surfing lessons, chartered planes, Spanish lessons, zipline canopy tours and more!

FIJI: Vatuvara Private Islands' grand opening is slated for April 2016. The two islands, Kaibu and Vatuvara, offer an all-inclusive haven in the northern Lau waters of Fiji, reached only by the islands' private aircraft via Nadi International Airport. The four one-bedroom villas are available individually or the islands can be booked exclusively. NEW ZEALAND: The newly built Jack's Point Lake House in Queenstown has just joined Touch of Spice, an UltraVilla member. The spacious four-bedroom house is situated in prestigious Jack's Point and features a media room with curved plasma screen and a fire pit and barbecue with breath-taking views of the mountains and natural preserve.

SKI DESTINATIONS: Chalet Apopka from Ultimate Luxury Chalets is the new place to be seen in Courchevel. Due for completion early January 2016, it will be the largest chalet to rent in Courchevel, spanning 4,000 square-metres and featuring eight bedrooms, a 26-meter main swimming pool and a golf driving range.

Also new for this season from the ski specialist are Chalet Jejalp, Morzine and Chalet Ma Datcha, Megève: built around a central atrium which includes a double height glass wine cellar spread over two floors, Chalet Jejalp is filled with light and space and boasts a fabulous cinema room, a stocked bar with pool table, a sunken Jacuzzi with stepping stones leading to a sauna and relaxation zone enjoying sweeping valley vistas.

Chalet Ma Datcha, Megève is a luxuriously appointed seven-bedroom chalet on three floors, a short stroll from the town center and Rochbrune gondola. It features a large terrace and garden, a heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi, Hammam, wine cave, gym, play room, and ski room with heated boot warmers.

EUROPE:
•GREECE: Among the new offerings from Five Star Greece in The Cyclades is, Syros IK, a 19th century waterfront mansion on the island of Syros, with the sea lapping at the walls of the house. Five Star Greece is also proud to present the seven newly opened awe-inspiring Residences at Aman'zoe to the market.

•SPAIN: The UltraVilla member, Unique Properties and Events, will offer a fabulous array of new European villas in the new year. Available for private rental from January 2016, Casa Ines in the north-west is one of the most stylish estates in Ibiza. The centuries-old, traditional whitewashed Ibizan finca sits in eight hectares planted with 900 trees, surrounded by terraces of almond, olive and fruit orchards and rolling pine forests.

•FRANCE: Also Unique Properties and Events, is Domaine de Ronsard in Provence, one of Saint Remy's finest homes, which is set in 17 hectares of landscaped gardens with 3,000 olive trees, water features and a 20-metre heated pool. •ITALY: A third offering from Unique Properties and Events is Villa di Chiesa Nuova in Tuscany, a classic Renaissance-style villa set in a large estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and old-growth hardwoods in the heart of Chianti, eight kilometres of easy driving from Florence. The house has 360° views of the countryside to Florence's landmark Giotto bell tower and Brunelleschi dome; the grounds feature a swimming pool, amphitheatre and tennis courts.
