Interstate Hotels Adds Hilton Swindon to UK Management Portfolio
WILSHIRE, U.K. March 15, 2016 - Interstate Europe, part of leading global hotel management company Interstate Hotels & Resorts, has added the Hilton Swindon to its portfolio.
Acquired by EQ Group and affiliates, the hotel located just three miles from Swindon Town Centre, near junction 16 of the M4 and will be asset managed by EQ Hotels Limited under a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide.
Close to Windmill Hill and Blagrove business districts and a variety of local attractions including Swindon Designer Outlet, Longleat Safari Park and the Cotswolds, the hotel offers 171 comfortable rooms and suites, dining options and a large choice of facilities for both business and leisure guests.
