Karil Silman Appointed DOSM at The South Beach Marriott
APRIL 19, 2007. Karil Silman was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the 236-room award-winning South Beach Marriott.
The 11-year hospitality veteran was formerly the Director of Sales and Marketing for the JW Marriott Caracas, Venezuela and holds a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America in San Jose, Costa Rica.
