Key West Adds Georgia Hotel to Growing Portfolio

APRIL 23, 2007. Key West Inns, Inc. is happy to announce the addition of a 51 unit conversion hotel in Baxley, Georgia. This will make the second hotel to convert to a Key West Inn in 2007. Key West Inns currently has 16 locations in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Georgia with plans to add another 10 locations this year.

Mr. Neal B. Jackson, President of Key West Inns, states "We developed a competitively priced franchise program that is designed to give the hotel and ownership onsite service through free employee training programs and local marketing. Mr. Jackson further states that Key West Inns has received an above average number of inquiries from hotel owners and developers due to the modified program.

In January of 2007, Key West Inns restructured their royalty fees to $16.00 per room per month for the first 50 guest rooms, $14.00 per room per month for rooms 51 through 99 and $12.00 per room per month for guestrooms over 100. Mr. Jackson, further states, "the new fee structure, annual license agreements, and the strong reservation system combined are an attractive program for hotel operators."

In other news, the Key West Inn Franchisee Success Coach, Brian Robinson, was promoted to Brand Manager.
