Olshan Properties Bringing New Hotel to Boston's Haymarket as Part of New Mixed-Use Development in the Historic District
NEW YORK, NY. August 8, 2017 - Olshan Properties, one of the country's leading private owners, developers and managers of residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use real estate, today announced it has formed a joint-venture with Boston-based CV Properties, Normandy Real Estate Partners, and Harbinger Development to construct a mixed-use hotel and retail development in the historic part of Boston next to the famed Haymarket. Olshan Properties will assume responsibility for the project's hotel and retail components while CV Properties will act as the lead developer with Harbinger as co-developer.
