Starwood Vacation Ownership Opens Newest Phase of Harborside Resort at Atlantis

ORLANDO, FL, August 22, 2005. Starwood Vacation Ownership (SVO) celebrates the grand opening of the newest phase of Harborside Resort at Atlantis in the Bahamas. The resort expansion includes 116 new luxury villas, including a new three-bedroom lay-out option for larger parties.

Harborside Resort at Atlantis is a 50/50 joint venture between subsidiaries of SVO and Kerzner International Limited. With the expansion, there are 198 fully furnished luxury villas including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and now three-bedroom options. Owners and guests have access to the many amenities at the adjacent Atlantis, Paradise Island. The resort features the world's largest open-air marine habitat, 11 pools and lagoons including the Mayan Temple "Leap of Faith" slide (which propels guests through a shark-infested lagoon), restaurants, clubs, the Mandara Spa and fitness center as well as the largest casino in the Caribbean.
