Neptune Hospitality Advisors Orchestrates Sale of Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa South-Bixby
SAN DIEGO, CA, January 15, 2008. Neptune Hospitality Advisors today announced it has arranged the sale of the 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa South-Bixby. The buyer was an affiliate of the Apple REIT Companies. The seller, a Tulsa-based developer, recently completed construction and opened the hotel in early December, 2007. The sale price was not disclosed.
The Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa South-Bixby hotel is located just 14 miles south of downtown Tulsa in the fast growing suburb of Bixby, Oklahoma. The Hampton Inn and Suites is part of a new mixed-use development that includes upscale restaurants, shopping, and office space, in addition to the Spirit Bank Convention Center and the Starworld 20 Movie Theater.
