Edward T. Steiner, Named "Best Hotelier in Mexico" by Alta Hoteler'ia Magazine

LOS CABOS, Mexico, September 20, 2006. Edward T. Steiner, Managing Director & Regional Vice President, Mexico One&Only Palmilla, has received the "Premio Diamante" (Diamond Prize) from Alta Hoteleria magazine as "The Best Hotelier in Mexico" award presented on a yearly basis to those hoteliers with an exceptional and outstanding track record, and that have made notable contributions to the industry of this country.
This award is the result of a poll among readers of the magazine and a jury formed by the Editorial Council of the magazine. The vote was unanimous to award the prize to Edward T. Steiner. The Editorial Council is made up of high ranking executives of national and international hotel chains and experts in different areas of the tourism industry.
The award ceremony took place at One&Only Palmilla with the presence of Ra'ul Iriarte, CEO of Alta Hoteler'ia, personalities from the tourism industry of Los Cabos, members of the press and governmental officials including the State's Tourism Secretary, Alberto.
