Clinton Owen Named GM ResortQuest Mahana at Kaanapali
HONOLULU, HI, January 9, 2008. Clinton Owen was named general manager of the ResortQuest Mahana at Kaanapali. Owen was previously the general manager for the ResortQuest Islander on the Beach on Kauai where he successfully led the repositioning of the property to a condominium hotel. He brings over 15 years of hospitality industry experience with him to his new role as general manager of the Maui condominium resort.
Owen joined ResortQuest Hawaii in 1999 as front office manager at the Waimea Plantation Cottages. Based on his accomplishments there, he was subsequently selected to launch the vacation rental business for ResortQuest Hawaii on the island of Kauai before joining the Islander on the Beach in 2005.

Owen began his career in the hospitality industry as an assistant golf professional at the Westin Kauai in 1988 followed by a stint as front office supervisor with Outrigger Hotels and Resorts at Kiahuna Plantation.
