PAH Management Welcomes Robert P. Carl to the Team as Senior Director of Construction and Project Management
PAH Management is excited to welcome Robert P. Carl to the team as the new senior director of construction and project management.
Carl brings a wealth of experience to this newly created position overseeing every aspect of construction management from initial concepting to project completion. He brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry demonstrating an elevated level of expertise in budgeting, hospitality management, hotel management and contract negotiation.
Most recently, Carl served as the senior vice president director of designs and construction at FelCor Lodging Trust, where he was responsible for a three-year, $500 million repositioning of 83 core assets. Prior to this role, Carl was vice president of purchasing and project management at Remington Hotel Corporation. While at Remington, he was also vice president of new openings/conversions, where he oversaw the opening of five prototype Embassy Suites over a two-year period.
