Marin Management, Inc. Names Kimberly Ali New Vice President of Business Development

Industry Veteran Will Oversee Company's Business Growth and Expansion

USA, Sausalito, California. May 25, 2021

Marin Management, Inc., a California-based hotel management company, announced today that Kimberly Ali has joined the company as vice president of business development. A longtime real estate hospitality veteran, Ali comes to Marin Management from Empire USA, LLC, where she served as asset manager of hospitality for the company's hotel division.

Ali will be responsible for the expansion of Marin Management's diverse portfolio spanning from boutique hotels to upscale properties, while positioning the organization for continued revenue growth. Recently the company added three new hotel management contracts, bringing the total number of branded and independent hotels to 24 across California, Oregon, Arizona and Colorado. In her new role, Ali will report to Pat Mitchell, president of Marin Management.

Born and raised in California, Ali has broad expertise in hospitality asset management, including responsibility for capital improvement projects, renovations and financial performance. She is a member of the Asian-American Hotel Owners Association and the California Hotel & Lodging Association.
