Umusic Hotels Appoints Jordi Solé as President of Hospitality
UMusic Hotels, an emerging global collective of music-based experiential hotel properties, announced the appointment of hospitality veteran Jordi Solé as President of Hospitality. Additional new hires include Javier Leal as Senior Vice President of Project Management and Oscar Serrano as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. With these hires, UMUSIC Hotel is ramping up a world-class team to deliver immersive experiences around the globe for fans, guests, and artists alike, with music and entertainment at the forefront of design and guest experience.
As President of Hospitality for UMusic Hotels, Solé will contribute to UMusic Hotels' development of new experiential properties to serve as beacons and creative hubs in cities around the world that promote social impact, education and innovation through the power of music. With more than 20 years in the industry, Solé's career milestones include building asset portfolios along with developers and investors, developing concept and branding definition, managing hotels portfolios, and winning Best Worldwide AI Hotel by Trip Advisor, Great Place to Work and Green Globe awards at companies spanning Transat Hotel Division, Blue Diamond Hotels & Resorts and Iberostar Hotels and Resorts in the Americas. Before his arrival in the Americas, Solé began his career in Spain working for the Barceló Group throughout Europe.

Joining Solé on the UMusic Hotel team is Javier Leal, Senior Vice President of Project Management and Oscar Serrano, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Leal's recent achievements include serving as Vice President of Project Management for Transat's Hotel Division, while earlier working for Martinon Group and Blue Diamond Hotels & Resorts in the Americas, where he exceled brand development across the region and in the project management of more than 22 hotels. Additionally, Serrano brings more than 25 years of experience in the Americas leading the fields of marketing, distribution, sales & revenue management from Transat Hotel Division, H10 Hotels, Canabay Hotels & Residences, and Barcelo Hotels and Resorts.
