The Biltmore Hotel Appoints Chef Thomas Russo as Its Director of Culinary Operations
The Biltmore Hotel, a national historic landmark located in the heart of Coral Gables, announced the appointment of Thomas Russo as its Director of Culinary Operations for all restaurant outlets at the acclaimed resort.
Having most recently served as an inspector with the Florida Division of Hotel and Restaurants, Chef Russo is an accomplished American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef with more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Chef Russo's prior experience in Florida spans from the Pier House Resort & Caribbean Spa in Key West, and as far north as PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens.
