The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman Appoints Cynthia Boyett as Director of Sales and Marketing
The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is delighted to announce the appointment of Cynthia Boyett as Director of Sales and Marketing for the resort. Ms. Boyett brings over two decades of hospitality experience, specializing in luxury travel and hotel operations, and is looking forward to returning to the beautifully reimagined resort.
Ms. Boyett began her career with The Ritz-Carlton brand more than 20 years ago specializing in group and catering sales, having held similar positions in various luxury hotel brands early on in her career. In 2007, Boyett began her first stint at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as a Director of Group and Catering Sales, before shifting into a more sales-focused role as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton family, Cynthia worked at prestigious resorts and hotels that laid the foundation for her career in sales and marketing and business development.
Boyett's latest two roles are where she credits a large amount of her growth as a leader in luxury hospitality. In 2014, she served as Complex Director of Sales and Marketing, leading her team to exceptional sales result and being awarded the Sales Team of the Year. For the past six years, Cynthia has been Market Director of Sales and Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in South Beach and Bal Harbour, where she was instrumental in the implementation of marketing strategies around the Miami Grand Prix.
