Cycas Hospitality Makes Three Senior Appointments to Leadership Team
Cycas Hospitality announced three, senior appointments to further strengthen the hotel management company's leadership team, as it continues its expansion across Europe.
Keith Griffiths has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer and joins Cycas Hospitality following a series of senior leadership roles, including as CEO of Atlas and Starboard Hotels. Griffiths will lead the operational divisions across the UK & Ireland alongside Julia Harnischfeger recently appointed to oversee the operational direction of the continental European portfolio.

Jason Wischhoff joins Cycas as Chief Development Officer, with responsibility for growing Cycas' business across Europe. Jason has 20 years' experience in the European and international hotel investment community, including senior roles at Dream Hotel Group (now part of Hyatt), Accor and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Finally, Rosa Ceparano joins Cycas as Chief Financial Officer, leading a team of over 60 Finance and IT specialists across Europe. Based in Amsterdam and having formerly held positions at Hotel Co 51 and Vastint Hospitality, Rosa brings exceptional hotel operational finance experience to her new role.

These appointments underpin a period of rapid growth for the hotel management company, with over 55 hotels across twelve European countries.
