The Gant has promoted Bree DiBernardo to the position of director of sales from her prior role as senior sales manager. Formerly serving as senior sales manager, DiBernardo brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role, where she will lead the sales efforts and strategic initiatives of the legendary Aspen resort.
DiBernardo, a seasoned hospitality sales professional, began her tenure at The Gant in 2020 as reservations agent. Through her dedication and noteworthy performance, she quickly ascended the leadership ranks to event manager, sales manager and most recently senior sales manager. Her track record underscores her ability to drive revenue growth within the reservations, sales and events departments. DiBernardo remains committed to continual learning and is a recent graduate of Aspen's Roaring Fork Leadership Academy, a program dedicated to building effective leaders through training, practice and application.
Prior to The Gant, DiBernardo cultivated her industry knowledge and skills for several years in the luxury resort market, with an affinity for ski and mountain properties, as group sales manager at The Westin Snowmass Resort in Snowmass, Colorado where DiBernardo was responsible for maximizing revenue for the hotel, procuring new business and leading the group sales team. DiBernardo began as a catering and conference services coordinator followed by manager at Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, Colorado where she developed and led a team responsible for the execution of all conferences and social events, and earned accolades for her guest satisfaction ratings. Beyond the alpine environment, DiBernardo also honed her luxury leadership skill set as group sales manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner in McLean, Virginia.
A Native of Boca Raton, Florida, DiBernardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Food Service Management from the Rosen College of Hospitality at the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking and riding her road bike.
In her new role as Director of Sales for The Gant, DiBernardo is responsible for spearheading the resort's leisure and group sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the group and leisure sales team and fostering relationships with clients to nurture business growth.
"Bree is an invaluable asset not only to our team, but to our clients, guests, owners and community alike. She is a thoughtful leader and relationship builder who excels in her ability to balance instinct with analysis to help drive us forward.
