The St. Regis Chicago Appoints Erik Grazetti as Director of Sales & Marketing
The St. Regis Chicago, the Windy City's newest luxury hotel, announces the appointment of Erik Grazetti as Director of Sales & Marketing. In this new role, Grazetti is responsible for leading and directing all sales and marketing efforts for The St. Regis Chicago, including heading a team of diverse sales, catering, and marketing professionals in establishing the hotel as the pinnacle of luxury within the region. The hotel stands at Chicago's best address, spanning 11 floors of the 101-story architectural marvel designed by award-winning architect Jeanne Gang while boasting 159 luxuriously appointed guestrooms and 33 exquisite suites with unparalleled 360-degree views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.
Born and raised in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, Grazetti began his career in the hospitality industry in 1988 following his high school graduation and became enamored with the field. "Coming from a small, rural town, the idea of working in a posh hotel seemed like the ultimate luxury," says Grazetti. Throughout his career, he has held positions at Loews Chicago Hotel, Loews Hotels & Co., The Peninsula Chicago, and Viceroy Chicago before coming to The St. Regis Chicago.
Grazetti brings roughly 30 years of hospitality industry experience, including over 15 years of selling and marketing full-service hotel properties and 20 years of team leading, into his new role. As an integral member of five opening hotel teams, he was elected Sofitel North America DOSM of the Year in 2012 and Loews Hotels DOSM of the Year in 2015.
