The St. Regis Washington, D.C. is thrilled to announce the appointment of Chef Jason Galbao as Executive Chef, where he will oversee the hotel's renowned culinary program, including its signature restaurant, Alhambra. With an impressive career in luxury kitchens worldwide, including Executive Restaurant Chef at the Two MICHELIN Star Enoteca Paco Perez, Chef Jason brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to his new role at The St. Regis Washington, D.C.

In his new role, Chef Jason will oversee the hotel's signature restaurant, Alhambra, The St. Regis Bar, private dining, and all banquet catering. Prior to his appointment, Chef Jason's culinary journey spans across the Mediterranean, from Spain to India, where he has held multiple key positions in prestigious catering and restaurant operations. Among his accolades, Chef Jason is a Forbes 30 under 30 Europe nominee. Chef Jason studied Culinary Arts at the Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad, an affiliate to the University of Huddersfield, U.K.

Inspired by his time in Barcelona, he blends the authenticity of Spanish gastronomy with modern techniques, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to craft memorable dishes.
