Perry Lane Hotel Welcomes New Director of Food & Beverage, Jonathan Teague

Perry Lane Hotel, a cornerstone of luxury hospitality in Savannah, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jonathan Teague as the Director of Food and Beverage. Bringing a wealth of culinary leadership experience and a fresh vision to the hotel's celebrated dining offerings - signature restaurant Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market and Peregrin rooftop - Teague is set to elevate the culinary offerings across the distinct food and beverage outlets and banquet services, alongside Executive Chef Miguel Bautista.

Prior to Perry Lane Hotel, Teague held pivotal leadership roles with renowned brands such as JW Marriott Nashville, The Ritz-Carlton, and W Hotels. From overseeing multi-outlet operations to launching new dining concepts, his focus remains on delivering an extraordinary culinary experience that complements the overall guest journey. He has also been recognized for his leadership in the hospitality industry, throughout his tenure at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee, where he was honored as Leader of the Year, and within Georgia Hotel and Lodging Association's 2014 Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year awards. His leadership style emphasizes team development and a culture of high performance, ideals that align seamlessly with Perry Lane Hotel's values.

The newly launched menu at Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market celebrates lowcountry cuisine with a global influence, offering an eclectic, elevated dining experience. Standout dishes include the fried green tomatoes with basil, burrata, buttermilk, cherry tomato, cilantro, and octopus featuring romesco, potato, niçoise olive, and red onion—each crafted to surprise and delight with bold, worldly flavors.
