Easy Renewal of Existing Passes Introduced for Holidays

. October 14, 2008

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, AR, November 15, 2007. The 2008 season passes for Magic Springs & Crystal Falls theme park go on sale November 19, and this year it's even easier to renew your pass or get one as a gift for someone who has an existing pass.

"For only $49.99 you can give or get an entire season of great fun," said park Marketing Manager Aundrea Crary, "including the dozens of rides, the newly expanded Crystal Falls water park, 14 live concerts, free Pepsi products throughout the park, free sunscreen and free tubes for Crystal Falls.

"We'll be announcing the concert lineup soon, and we'll also be announcing more great bargains throughout the park." Crary said a new "Recharging" program allows those who have had a season pass in 2007 or 2006, or who want to give a gift of a season pass for someone else who has had a pass in the last two years to "recharge" the pass without having to stand in line.

"Recharging can be done over the phone by calling 501-624-0100 or 501-318-5370 or by visiting the Administration Building at the park during the promotional period," Crary said. "If you have had a season pass in the last two years, you can call in to process over the phone and pay by credit card. If you choose that method, your new card will be mailed to you.

"If you come to the Administration Building, you should bring your most-recent season pass card. When you pay by cash or credit card you will be issued a sticker for 2008."

Passes may be obtained by purchasing online at www.magicsprings.com, by phone at 501-624-0100 or 501-318-5370 or at the Administration Building at Magic Springs, 1701 East Grand Avenue in Hot Springs. The offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Thanksgiving Day, November 22, and Friday, November 23. The Regular Season Pass is $49.99, and a Gold Season Pass is $79.99. The Gold pass comes with a coupon book that is worth $200 in discounts throughout the 2008 season.

Magic Springs, the largest theme park in the region, is located at 1701 East Grand Avenue in Hot Springs, just 45 minutes from Little Rock and an easy drive from Northwest Arkansas, Memphis, Shreveport, Tyler-Longview and other locations. For more information call Aundrea Crary at 501-624-0100.
