New Openings For Hotels Constance

EUROPEAN UNION, September 7, 2005. Following their announced new opening in the Seychelles - Eph'elia Resort - the Mauritius-based hotel group Hotels Constance has revealed plans for new properties in Madagascar and Namibia due to open 2006/2007.

Eph'elia Resort of Seychelles is due to open in early 2007. Located North West on Mah'e, on one of the most beautiful spots on the island - the Port Launay Marine National Park - Eph'elia will be set in a site of 124 hectares. With 184 Junior Suites, 60 villas, a Presidential Villa, all buildings will be positioned at least 20 metres from the beach to protect the Marine Park's natural environment. Facilities will include a Shiseido Spa Village, Sports & Racket Club, five restaurants and bars and a conference centre.

In Madagascar Hotels Constance has plans to open a hotel in the capital Antananarivo as well as three 'Constance Island Lodges' along the coast. These luxurious lodges will perfectly complement the natural surroundings of this beautiful island, particularly the miles upon miles of untouched beaches.

Lastly, Hotels Constance will launch its newest concept 'Constance Safari Lodges' in Namibia, a country of stunning landscapes, savannah and desert. The Safari Lodges will be located in Windhoek along Etosha, one of the most beautiful and dense nature reserves in Namibia. Guests will travel by private plane from one lodge to the other.

Hotels Constance (Le Prince Maurice, Belle Mare Plage The Resort, L'emuria Resort of Praslin and Eph'elia Resort of Seychelles), Constance Island Lodges and Constance Safari Lodges will soon be joined by a fourth brand, Elegance Hotels.

More detailed information on all new openings will be available in January 2006.
