King Arthur Flour in Norwich will host Sarah Copeland of the Food Network for a two-part course called "The Twelve Days of Cookies" while the friendly folks in Woodstock pull out all of the stops to stage their annual Wassail Weekend that's recognized as one of Vermont's top winter events.
