IHM Debuts in San Francisco's Boutique Market

. October 14, 2008

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 22, 2008. John Glen DiGuiseppe, President/CEO of the USA's first green third-party hospitality management company, Investors Hospitality Management, "IHM", announces the award of the management contracts for San Francisco's historic, family-owned boutique hotels: The Fitzgerald Hotel and Nob Hill Hotel centrally located in San Francisco's Union Square beginning March 1, 2008. With this award, IHM expands the company's branding portfolio to include the boutique market segment. DiGuiseppe comments: "For IHM, the debut in San Francisco is quite timely since sustainability is the watchword of the City. The Fitzgerald and Nob Hill properties commemorate all that is historic and sophisticated about San Francisco and IHM looks forward to sharing its tasteful services offerings with the traveling public and the hospitality industry."

IHM introduces a revolutionary dimension to third-party management: "stewardship with sustainability"TM. IHM's portfolio reflects a spectrum from domestic mid/economy level hotels (Best Western, Choice, Wyndham and independent hotels) to stunning international private luxury estates/villas/resorts owned/managed by the company. Seasoned hotelier and manager, Sean Kane, Regional Director of Marketing for IHM, will oversee the management of the San Francisco properties. (See attached release for further information on Sean Kane's appointment.)

DiGuiseppe states: "An individual "Green Plan" is created, implemented and maintained for each client's property. Living and Working Green is a lifestyle and I believe we have a social responsibility to become greener everyday." As IHM continues to unfold principles of sustainability into its daily operations, careful fiscal management is an equally significant metric of IHM's operations. DiGuiseppe's own experience with investment informs his operational strategy for client representation. "I feel there's a need for checks and balances; I have a fiduciary duty to my clients," comments DiGuiseppe. "When IHM engages a client, the first thing I do is retain the services of a qualified local CPA to oversee the hotel's fiscal profile on a continuing basis. This allows me to successfully micro manage the client's property and provide accountability for the investment."

"Sustainability issues dominate the consciousness of humanity today," comments DiGuiseppe. "I am providing an interactive dialogue for continuous input at the global level via IHM's website: www.investorshm.com. We all come to the table of sustainability with varied levels of expertise. The site will promote continued conversation and be supplemented by a monthly newsletter complementing daily news updates and features. DiGuiseppe recently addressed International Management Network's and America's Best Value Inn's annual convention on green hospitality issues in December, both held in Las Vegas.

"Sustainability is the Full Monty" TM, states DiGuiseppe who introduces IHM's Global Alliance of Stewardship with SustainabilityTM, an invitation-only consultancy of hospitality industry executives.

Twenty-three year resident of Westlake Village, California, DiGuiseppe is a Rotarian with the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club and President of the South Shore Hills HOA. DiGuiseppe holds a Juris Doctor from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.

Investors Hospitality Management, a private corporation, offers the USA's first sustainable third-party management/ownership services for economy, mid and upscale hotel, resorts and private estates in the American Southwest and internationally.
