FEBRUARY 25, 2008. The Mumford Company has arranged the sale of the Best Westernof Wilson, North Carolina on behalf of La Sammana Investment, LLC to UVAA Hospitality, LLC.The sale was facilitated by Tom Sommer of the Mumford Company's Chicago, Illinois office andJustin Pinkard of the firm's headquarters in Newport News, Virginia. The 80 room hotel which islocated about one hour outside of Raleigh was sold for an undisclosed amount and will remain aBest Western.
