MOKENA, IL, February 27, 2008. J-4 Development Company, LLC and JL Burke Contracting, Inc., both of Mokena, announce the selection and approval of a 125-suite Hyatt Summerfield Suites to be located in the development of Hickory Creek Waterworks and Resort. Ground breaking is scheduled in 2008 and opening in late 2009.

Hyatt Summerfield Suites is an upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotel brand that provides a friendly neighborhood feel, creating a home-like environment for both business and leisure guests. Hyatt Summerfield Suites offers thoughtfully designed public spaces that capture the essence of a community including: a caf'e/lounge serving coffee and offering complimentary high-speed Internet access; a park-like area with a pool and grill; a StayFit@Hyatt state-of-theart gym; complimentary full breakfast buffet; an Evening Social Monday though Thursday; 24- hour Guest Market; complimentary grocery services and laundry facilities.
