ORLANDO, FL, October 20, 2006. The Hilton, located in the Walt Disney World(R) Resort is celebrating the grand opening of Andiamo Italian Bistro & Grille, Downtown Disney's newest restaurant.

Located in the Hilton, the bistro offers fresh Italian cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients in an upscale casual environment. Freshly prepared house specialties include hot and cold antipasti, ravioli, orecchiette and other signature homemade pasta dishes, plus traditionally prepared meat and grilled fish entrees.

"Andiamo's casual elegance coupled with excellent food and service make it one of Orlando's most exciting new dining options," said James Grosso, the hotel's general manager. "In addition to great entrees, guests can indulge in one of our specialty coffees and delicious desserts, including our own piccolo dolce that offers a little bit of everything!"

The 175-seat restaurant offers many unique features including the Tuscan Room, a 22-seat private dining room, ideal for office functions, holiday parties and special occasions.

Andiamo, which boasts an extensive wine list and full bar, as well as a child-friendly menu, is open daily for dinner from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Pasta and entr'ee prices range from $15 to $34.
