Virtuoso Selects VRX to Provide Interactive Travel Content

Vancouver, B.C. (September 26th, 2005) - - VRX Worldwide Inc. (TSX.V:VRW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, VRX Studios Inc. ("VRX"), has entered into a one year licensing agreement with Virtuoso, Ltd. ("Virtuoso") of Fort Worth, Texas wherein VRX will license its industry leading Hotel, Cruise, and Destination Content to Virtuoso for use by Virtuoso's 7,000 elite travel specialists.

Under the terms of the agreement, Virtuoso will provide its 331 member agencies access to VRX's comprehensive library of Hotel, Cruise, and Destination Content through its business-to-business website. VRX's rapidly growing library of Travel Content covers well-known travel brands such as Kessler, Kimpton, Hyatt, Carnival, and Holland America, as well as top destinations throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and North America.
