Two Boston Hilton Restaurants Offering Restaurant Week Menus and Hotel Packages

BOSTON, MA, June 18, 2008. In celebration of Boston's Restaurant Week; presented by the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau and American Express, The Hilton Family of Boston presents two brand new restaurants, the Green Room at Scullers located in the Doubletree Guest Suites Boston and FORTY DALTON located in the Hilton Boston Back Bay. Both will be offering pre fixe menus for Restaurant week, as well as hotel packages perfect for the "foodie" in you!

The Green Room at Scullers, which was recently featured on NECN's TV Diner, will be offering a three course dinner that will include items off of their brand new menu. Indulge in show stoppers, such as Two Tomato Gazpacho Soup, Caramelized Onion Proscuitto Agnolotti, Pan Seared Georges Bank Sea Scallops with Risotto, Baby Spinach in an Orange-Saffron Sauce, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Potato-Grilled Scallion Hash, Plum Sauce and Baby Field Greens. For an encore, choose from one of our many decadent desserts, including Chocolate Ginger Truffle Tart with Candied Ginger, Raspberry Sauce and Grand Marnier Whipped Cream or the Pineapple-Polenta Upside-Down Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Grilled Pineapple Slices and Pecan Praline.
