Tom Huegel Joins Hotel A.G.

ATLANTA, GA, August 4, 2008. Hotel Assets Group, LLC known as "Hotel A.G." announces today that Tom Huegel has joined Hotel A.G. as Vice President of Investment Sales. Hotel A.G. has seven alliance offices located in South Florida, Baltimore/ Washington, Memphis, Louisville, Los Angeles and the greater Boston region.
Tom Huegel, formerly of Hilton Hotels Corporation, joined Hotel A.G. in June of 2008 as the firm's newest broker. Tom brings with him 24-years of experience in the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of investment sales. Prior to Joining Hotel A.G., Tom was Sr. Director of Franchise Development for Hilton Hotels in the SE Region for eleven years. While at Hilton, Tom was responsible for the development of all Hilton Hotel brands in the SE region; from select-service brands such as Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton, to their full-service brands ranging from Embassy Suites, Hilton and Doubletree and the new top tier Waldorf=Astoria, not to mention Conrad brands as well.
In the early 1990's, Tom served as Director of Development Planning for Hilton Gaming, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation. Preceding his 15-year career with Hilton, Huegel was Director of Development Planning for Promus Hotels and Holiday Corporation, conducting feasibility and market analyses and financial forecasting for company and franchise developments. Directly out of college, Huegel began his career with Laventhol & Horwath as an Associate in the Hospitality Advisory Services Group conducting market feasibility studies for hotel and resort development.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed his Masters degree in Marketing Communication at Florida State University.
