Operator Goes Live With Multicom FAB Functionality
OCTOBER 11, 2005. Sovereign is set to increase its profile in the online booking market, following the creation of an online booking system powered by Multicom's FindandBook.
The deal will enable Sovereign to maximise yield from holidays sold through the Sovereign site and allow the operator to prioritise which content is pushed to the customer at any moment in the search process.
By integrating FindandBook functionality behind its website, Sovereign hopes to increase the value of online bookings. The website now enables consumers to upgrade reservations at every stage of the booking process, on everything from hotel rooms to flight add-ons.
