Holiday Inn Airport Oakland Park Nears Completion of Renovation
ST, LOUIS, MO, September 26, 2008. The Holiday Inn Airport Oakland Park located at 4505 Woodson Road at Lambert International Airport is nearing completion of a major multi -million interior and exterior renovation. Atira Hotels owns and manages the Holiday Inn Airport Oakland Park.
The interior renovations include all 158 guestrooms, hotel lobby and front desk, meeting and banquet space, fitness center, and restaurant and lounge. Exterior renovations include updated Holiday Inn brand specific architecture design, painting, and new signage. The hotel renovation project is scheduled to be completed October 2008.

Guest room and suite d'ecor renovations include new carpet, new furnishings, and refrigerator in every room, new granite vanities, mirrors and lighting in the guest bathrooms.
Meeting and banquet space d'ecor renovations include new carpeting, wall coverings, and lighting. Updated catering menus will include a variety of creative food and beverage options for any group.
The entire lobby will go through a renovation that includes a new front desk with lighted backdrop, new wall coverings, lighting, and the new Holiday Inn Scent and Contemporary Music that will enhance the guest experience.
The fitness center doubled in size and includes state of the art fitness equipment, free weights and two flat screen TV's for the enjoyment of the avid fitness enthusiast.
The restaurant and lounge will go through a re-launch with a new theme and new name to be announced. Atira Restaurants will lead the new restaurant project.
