Paramount Advisors Completes Hilton Garden Inn Transaction
ADDISON, IL, Ocotoober 3, 2008. Paramount Lodging Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of the recently renovated 153-room Hilton Garden Inn in Addison, IL. Paramount Lodging Advisors Chicago, LLC Senior Associate Adam Montufar facilitated the transaction through a collaborative effort with Robert Chvalovsky of W-W Real Estate who represented the seller.
The hotel was acquired by Infinity Hospitality Services, LLC on September 18th, 2008, for $13.4MM. This is the first hotel acquisition by Infinity Hospitality.
