Sleep Inn to Break Ground in Madison, WI
OCTOBER 16, 2008. A local private partnership group of the new Sleep Inn hotel have broken ground at 4802 Tradewinds Parkway - US Highway 51 and US Highway 12&18 (Beltline Highway). Construction is expected to be finished in June, 2009. The Sleep Inn brand is franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH), one of the world's largest lodging franchisors. Owned and operated by Kevin G Wilson of KGW Management in Madison, WI, the Sleep Inn hotel will feature 90 guestrooms. The hotel will offer a complimentary Morning Medley breakfast, free high-speed Internet access, complimentary USA Today, indoor pool, whirlpool, and splash pool, game room, fitness room, large two story lobby, and a spacious breakfast area.

Some rooms will feature a whirlpool bath and separate living area. Rates will begin at $79.00.
