OCTOBER 22, 2008. Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania based management company, is managing the renovation process at 6 of its 20 current properties. These renovations are taking place at the following locations:
Caf'e Promenade - Cape May, New Jersey
Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill - Cherry Hill, New Jersey
The Clarion Marina - Essington, Pennsylvania
Four Points by Sheraton - York, Pennsylvania
Budget Inn & Suites - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
Holiday Inn Bordeaux - Fayetteville, North Carolina
King Guest Room, Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill
One of the most notable is the Holiday Inn Philadelphia - Cherry Hill, as it enters the final stages of their 4.5 million dollar renovation. The ultimate goal of this hotel is to be a part of the new brand image developed by IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group). The contemporary styled renovation has already been completed in the Empress Garden Ballroom, satellite Conference rooms, Exercise Room, indoor and outdoor pools. All 186 guest rooms will undergo a complete makeover, from bathrooms to furniture. Both elevators will be replaced, and the on-site franchised restaurant, Red Hot & Blue Memphis Pit Barbeque Restaurant is also experiencing a facelift.
