Warmbrodt Advises in Sale of Howard Johnson

KANSAS CITY, MO, January 7, 2009 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") a Kansas City, MO based hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised in the sale and financing of the 78-room Howard Johnson in Goodland Kansas. The 2-story, full service, interior corridor hotel is located just off Interstate 70 and K-27. The property offers a 10,000 square foot Recreation Dome which features the largest heated indoor swimming pool between Kansas City and Denver.
WHI placed the financing for the acquisition with a Kansas based regional bank and the property was purchased by Shreeji Motel, Inc., for an undisclosed amount. The property will undergo interior renovations and be reflagged to a Days Inn property.
