ATLANTA, GA, January 12, 2009 - hotelSystemsPro, the leading provider of Web-based enterprise solutions that enable hotel companies to increase market share through improved property and staff performance, announced today it completed relocation to larger corporate offices in Atlanta. The company's new headquarters is more than double the size of its previous offices.

The expansion was necessitated by the company's continued growth and its commitment to providing professional personalized support to its client base of more than 2,000 properties and 10,000 users. hotelSystemsPro's new offices are in northwest Atlanta at 280 Interstate Circle North, Atlanta, GA, 30339.

Chip Carroll, hotelSystemsPro president and founder, said, "We expanded our offices to support our sustained growth which has topped 30 percent each year since 2004. October 2008 was our most successful month, with implementation of our hotelSalesPro.sales and catering solution, and our hotelServicePro and hotelWebSpace systems at more than 100 properties." The larger headquarters enable the company to provide additional revenue producing solutions and services to its clients.

More growth forecasted for 2009

The company's expanding portfolio of products includes hotelWebSpace, an effective new online marketing solution that drives market share for hotel companies. "We have a pipeline of cost-effective Web-based solutions we will introduce in the coming year and our larger headquarters will streamline that roll out," said Carroll. "Although we added staff to develop, market and support our new offerings, we have grown intelligently by using our own solutions to optimize productivity and service-just as our customers do."

The new headquarters features:

Expanded onsite training facilities

Studio space to broadcast webinars and distance learning programs

An advanced corporate network that enables easy access for the technical support team to reach product managers and training staff for rapid, quality response to customer issues.

According to Carroll, hotelSystemsPro's continued growth is a reflection of the challenges the hospitality industry faces today. "More and more companies are turning to us in the new economy because we offer something they need right now-a way to improve performance, win customers and reduce costs without sacrificing quality or service."
