Klaus R. Rauter Named GM of Andara Resort Residences

PHUKET, Thailand, January 29, 2009 - In preparation for the opening of Andara Resort Residences, the management has appointed experienced hotelier Mr. Klaus R. Rauter as General Manager to oversee both Andara Villa Management and Andara Residences.
Klaus, an Austrian national has extensive experience in hotel management in Thailand and throughout Asia.
Previous employers include Banyan Tree Phuket, Six Senses and Astudo Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for pre-opening and opening of over 8 well known and market-leading resorts.
His expertise in all areas of resort operations and sales and marketing will be a valuable addition to Andara.
Andara Resort & Residences is a high-end Resort in Phuket offering 26 luxury villas with private chef, maid and villa attendant, and 37 residence apartments. The villas project will be ready beginning of April 2009 and the residence apartments with all resort facilities by November 2009.
