Patrick Bajdek to Head HREC Brokerage Office in Dallas
FEBRUARY 11, 2009 - HREC Investment Advisors, a hotel and casino real estate investment banking firm, today announced the opening of a Dallas office to better serve the company's extensive North American client base. Lodging industry veteran Patrick Bajdek will be in charge of the new office.
With over 40 years of hotel real estate experience, Mr. Bajdek brings a wealth of successful brokerage, lodging development and management experience to the HREC team. Patrick will offer brokerage, financing, consulting, and asset management services to the firm's clients on a national level with specific concentration in the South. Previously, Mr. Bajdek was with Neptune Hospitality Advisors which recently merged into HREC. The combination of Patrick's extensive client network with HREC's nationally recognized brokerage platform will make the Dallas office well suited to producing results for our clients.
