David Cumming Appointed GM of Amari Orchid Resort in Thailand
MARCH 12, 2009 - Mr Peter Henley, President & CEO of Amari Hotels and Resorts, has announced the appointment of Mr David Cumming as General Manager of Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, Pattaya.
Before joining Amari, Mr Cumming, a British national and graduate in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Administration, accumulated a wealth of experience in international hospitality management in Great Britain, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Oman and in Bangkok.
In 2004, he joined Amari Hotels and Resorts, as Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage Division and then Resident Manager in 2006 at the 5-star Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok.
Mr Cumming now oversees the smooth running of the very popular 5-star Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, Pattaya.
