Hotel Equities Names Crall GM at the Courtyard-Buford
MARCH 17, 2009 - Hotel Equities (HE) recently named Matt Crall the General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott-Buford, GA located 1405 Mall of Georgia Boulevard, off GA highway 20, west of Interstate 85. Located less than an eighth of a mile from the Mall of Georgia, the regional mega-mall in Gwinnett County north of Atlanta, the hotel stands five stories tall and feature 110 rooms. The hotel is expected to open in June.
Currently in the pre-opening phase of the hotel's development, Mr. Crall has responsibility for overseeing all financial and management operations including hiring the employees and setting and meeting budget goals. Hotel Equities also developed the property.
With more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Crall twice earned Marriott's national General Manager of the Year honor for the SpringHill Suites brand. Hotel Equities named him the company's GM of the Year five times.
