Changes in the Rezidor's IR Organization
BRUSSELS, Belgium March 25, 2009 - As a part of the ongoing effort to streamline the organisation and at the same time keep a high level of service to investors and financial analysts the following organisational changes will take place as of 1 April.
Going forward the current head of Communication & IR Per Blixt will assist Rezidor as a consultant mainly working with the quarterly and annual reporting as well as IR events like road shows and capital market days. Per will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Based in the corporate office in Brussels Ebba Ankarcrona will be responsible for the daily IR activities and Luv Mittal will continue to offer support regarding business analysis and modelling.
Nai-Marie Nicolas has left the company and Anett Ernst will coordinate investor and analyst meetings.
The deputy president & CFO Knut Kleiven will be responsible for investor relations in the group management.
