MARCH 27, 2009 - Paramount Lodging Advisors is very pleased to announce the addition of Laura MacNiel, a dynamic new associate to the Vancouver, Canada office.
Laura has completed her Hotel Management degree, and is a recognized and highly respected member in the local commercial real estate community. Ms. MacNiel is a licensed managing broker with over fifteen (15) years of experience including operating her own commercial real estate company in one of the most prestigious and sought after markets in North America.
Laura will work directly with Jim Mouzourakis, the Senior Managing Director for Canada, as a consultant to the Hospitality Industry, focusing on acquisition and disposition of hotel properties, and assisting hoteliers and developers with site selection for new builds.
