Ned Abdallah Appointed GM, Park Tahoe Inn
APRIL 7, 2009 - Jolie Quest Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Ned Abdallah to the position of General Manager of the Park Tahoe Inn, Lake Tahoe, California.
Abdallah has 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has managed a range of resort and convention style properties in California, Colorado and Nevada, from mid-sized independent properties to major hotel brands.
"Ned's appointment comes after extensive renovations to the hotel, and with his understanding of resort hotels, he is well positioned to oversee the further upgrades and improvements to the property we are planning," says Gary Peterson, President of Jolie Quest, owner of the hotel.
Abdallah plans to ensure the hotel stands out from its competition, and says it has great natural advantages to build on. "This hotel has a one of a kind location, and excellent proximity to everything - from the gondola, to the casinos, ski fields and to the lake itself. There is so much activity to offer - golf, fishing, skiing, boating. My focus will be enhancing service, amenities and quality of product in every way, and making the hotel something to be really proud of," he says.
Before joining Jolie Quest, Abdallah was Corporate Director of Hotel Operations for Hilton San Gabriel. Prior to that, he was General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Maingate in Anaheim, CA where he helped raise occupancy and improved the overall condition of the hotel. From 2001 to 2004, Abdallah was Director of Operations for East West Resorts' Hyatt Main St, in Breckenridge, CO, where he helped build revenues for the ski resort's luxury condo-hotel.
