Hotel Le Bleu, Appoints Tim Anctil Hotel Manager

MAY 1, 2009 - The 48-room hotel le bleu, located in the trendy Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York has named Tim Anctil hotel manager, effective immediately. As general manager Mr. Anctil will oversee operations for the hotel, which opened in 2007 as Brooklyn's first boutique property. He will also oversee the property's signature restaurant and food and beverage operations once the restaurant is launched.
Mr. Anctil brings extensive hospitality knowledge having served in managerial positions at Hotel Zoso and the boutique Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs, California. During his tenure at the Colony Palms Hotel he was credited with developing and implementing sales and branding strategies which successfully targeted the entertainment industry.
Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Mr. Anctil was Vice President and Director of Film and Television Music for Gold Mountain Entertainment in Los Angeles for a decade. It was during that period he developed solid contacts within the entertainment industry. He is a former entrepreneur and created the widely successful Town and Country Mobile Pet Services in Los Angeles, California.
