TravelCLICK Inc., a leading provider of hotel business process management solutions, today announced that Kelly Blake, former President and CEO of Vantis International, will join the TravelCLICK Board of Directors as an advisor on product development and strategic direction. The change comes after the acquisition of Vantis by TravelCLICK last month.

"Kelly brings an incredible wealth of industry knowledge and experience to his position with the TravelCLICK Board," said Robert Post, President and CEO of TravelCLICK. "His commitment, integrity and wise counsel will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of the organization."

"Bob and his team have done an impressive job of redefining TravelCLICK and the value its solutions bring to the marketplace," said Blake. "It is an exciting time to be part of an organization that is shaping a new vision for how hotels can manage electronic distribution through a holistic approach from market intelligence and strategy to technology and proven best practices."

Blake will assume the advisory role with the TravelCLICK Board as he transitions from his current position as president and CEO of Vantis International to take advantage of new opportunities. Bharat Mahajan has been named General Manager of TravelCLICK Canada, the Calgary-based entity that resulted from the acquisition of Vantis by TravelCLICK.
