Raffles Hotels & Resorts listed in major travel honour rolls

Twenty-eight thousand well-travelled readers of the prestigious U.S. based travel publication, Cond'e Nast Traveler have cast their votes for their favourite hotels and resorts in the Readers' Choice Awards 2005. Six properties in the Raffles collection of luxury hotels have each earned a place in the travel magazine's 18th annual roster of excellence. Raffles hotels and resorts have consistently been ranked amongst the world's best.
The Best of the Best - Top 100 list comprises the cream of the crop in the travel industry as rated by readers of Conde Nast Traveler based on their travel experiences in areas such as food/dining, location, overall design, rooms and service. Amongst more than 80 hotels in Singapore, Raffles The Plaza and Raffles Hotel stood out proudly as the only two hotels to make it to the top 50 in this notable list. Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor, Siem Reap was the only Cambodian hotel to take a spot in the World Top 100 list. The three hotels, together with Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, also clinched commendable spots in the Top 50 Asia Hotels list. Additionally, Raffles Le Montreux Palace, Montreux and Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg were ranked in the Top 75 Europe Hotels list.
