New specialty restaurant features fine Italian dining
Miami - Allegro Papagayo, an Occidental resort in Costa Rica, announces the grand opening of La Trattoria, its newest specialty restaurant featuring fine Italian dishes. La Trattoria features authentic Italian delicacies designed and executed by a staff of prized culinary chefs, including favorites like beef carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan cheese, minestrone soup, cheese and spinach-stuffed cannelloni and tiramisu. Other imaginative creations include such delicacies as mahi-mahi putanesca, open-faced lasagna with shrimp, and Italian custard with caramelized pineapple.
With such a range of menu items, La Trattoria offers guests an upscale a la carte dining option incorporated into the resort's all-inclusive design.
